12:15 am-morning Michael sleeps.

Morning-9:00 am Michael wakes at his normal time and calls for breakfast.He steps into the shower and exits when there is a knock at the door.He answers and collects his breakfast.After finishing breakfast he changes and heads to work.

9:00 am-noon Michael begins his day,tackling the circuitry problem that plagued him the day before.Just before noon he receives an encoded memo from Mr.Krupp.He runs it through the de-coder and reads it.'Dr.Braydon,we are nearing a contract with the city to supply some equipment for the police's Special Crimes Unit.I would like you to develop a strategy for restraining super powered criminals.Get back with me with any ideas you might have.',it reads.Michael stops his work and goes to lunch,letting his mind wander around that particular problem.

noon-5:30 pm After lunch Michael goes back to his lab.He continues working on the stubborn circuit as he mulls the options for supplying the S.C.U. with equipment.His afternoon flies by and at 5'oclock he leaves the Krupp building.He walks slowly in no real direction trying to find a discreet place to change.He finds a dark alley and after looking around changes to costume.He makes his way,rooftop to rooftop,to Arboghast Hospital.He walks in and ask for Dementia's room number at the information desk.The old woman behind the desk looks at him with large eyes but gives him the number.He makes his way toward the room and is surprised to find policemen barring his entrance to that wing of the hospital.One of the officers step forward.He looks down to some sort of hand held computer then speaks to Lord Galen,"Lord Galen,I have instructions to let you pass.She has been a little antsy to leave."Lord Galen nods and passes the officers.He walks a short distance down the hallway,past empty rooms.Finally he comes to Dementia's room and enters.She is sitting on the bed with the TV remote flipping channels.She looks up at him as he enters."You know they don't have any good channels in here?I'm glad you came,the docs said I can go at anytime but wanted to wait,the sergeant said you wanted to see me."

5:30-5:40 pm Lord Galen, pulls a chair up to the side of Dementia's bed. "Its good to see you up and about and in good spirits.",he says in a friendly tone.Dementia smiles,"Not much will keep this girl down.""I wanted to see you and ask if you are affiliated with a superhero group or are you freelancing it?",Lord Galen ask.Dementia looks at Lord Galen a little surprised at the question."At the moment I'm kinda going it alone.I had hoped on meeting up with some younger hero types,maybe trying the team thing.I never expected to run into Guardians."Lord Galen looks at the TV a moment,then replies," I know you don't think much of the Guardians at present but we are a developing group. I was wondering, if you aren't affiliated with someone else if you would like to join us. After all you did fight along side my partner Vengeance. If you are interested let me know and I will talk to my partner."He can't be sure but he believes he catches a little blush rise on her cheeks as she replies,"Wow,your serious?Of course I would be interested!I'm just hoping the other morning wasn't the best example of how you guys operate."

5:40-5:50 pm Lord Galen turns to Dementia"You must remember we are new to this crime fighting thing as well. We may make some mistakes along the way but hopefully we will be doing the city a good service."He then touches his badge" Vengeance, are you available?" He then says " Base relay message to Vengeance that Dementia would like to join our merry group. Keep trying until contact is made."Dementia glances at the badge with interest."Pretty nifty playtoy...like to see what makes that thing tick.."Lord Galen then asks Dementia, "Is there some way I can contact you? That way you wont need to stay in the hospital."She smiles a captivating smile,"No way for you to contact me...but after all the probes they did on me here you and the police already know more about me than I like...""Well, I must be going, if there is anything further that I can help you with let me know. I patrol the city each evening.",Lord Galen says rising from the bed."Hey I'm out of here too!...I'll try to catch you later...",she says excitedly.Lord Galen then turns to leave.

5:50-6:00 pm Lord Galen turns to Dementia, "As I said I patrol in the evenings, you can probably find me then. Till I see you again, take care of yourself. I will walk you out."Dementia hops from the bed and with a smile replies,"No thanks I have some paperwork to sign then I can go.I'll just catch you on patrol some night."She skips past him and walks down the hall toward the nurse's station.Lord Galen watches after her a second then leaves also.He starts on his way home,roof to roof.

6:00-6:10 pm Lord Galen leaps across a roof and start to slide down a fire escape when a blue blink catches his eye.He looks up a spots Vyra flying by.

6:10-6:20 pm Lord Galen watches Vyra fly by then continues on his way.He climbs in his window and looks about the Motel room.He steps over to the phone as he pulls the mask off.The voice from the front desk ask what he can do."This Dr.Galen...any messages?",Michael ask."Yes sir ...a Mr Sebring called...he says you got the apartment and he will be awaiting your call."Michael thanks the man and hangs up.I'll have to remember to call him tomorrow,he thinks as he walks toward the bathroom.He peels off the costume and steps into the shower.

6:20-6:30 pm Michael enjoys the hot shower.He steps from the steaming stall and dries himself.Won't be here much longer he thinks as he quickly dresses himself.

6:30-6:40 pm Michael calls room service and orders a nice dinner.He flips on the TV and watches until the knock on the door.He answers,gets his dinner and sits again.He eats his dinner watching the local news.

6:40-6:50 pm Michael does see anything in the news to pique his interest as he eats.When he finishes his dinner he gathers his dishes,places them on the servers cart and places the cart outside the door.He returns to the sofa to relax.

6:50-7:00 pm Michael watches T.V.

7:00-7:10 pm Michael turns off the TV and changes into costume.He sneaks his way out of the hotel and starts his evenings patrol.

7:10-7:30 pm Michael continues his patrol.

7:30-7:40 pm Michael continues his patrol.As he turns a corner he sees Vyra standing on a rooftop with some kind of grey skeletal thing.

7:40-7:50 pm Lord Galen keeps his eye on the skeletal creature and begins climbing toward the two.His badge beeps and he frowns.He crest the roof,eyeing Scar suspiciously.He steps over toward Vyra and ask,"Is everything all right?"Vyra smiles,happy to have anyone here with her."Lord Galen this is Scar.Scar,Lord Galen leader of the Guardians.I think he should tell all the details but from what I gather he can see the future.He believes there is something happening tonight,and he has described three costumed persons that I do not recognize.We were just about to find the green field he sees in his vision.Perhaps you and the Guardians may be able to help."

7:50-8:00 pm Lord Galen touches his badge,"Vengeance,can you meet me at my location?I have run into a creature that apparently can foretell events before they happen.He claims there is going to be some type of altercation with 3 costumed persons who are identifiable.He says it will happen tonight."He then turns to the creature and asks, "Where do you come from and what are your intentions here in this city?"Scar stares at Lord Galen intently. "I am not to be feared, destiny has brought us together. This land is in danger,I see it, the events unfold in my mind. We must collect the others, all of the heroic ones. Time is wasting and fading toward the event."Vyra speaks up,"Now we must find a field of green in the city,I'm assuming that has to be one of the two parks.Should we split up and go to both or can you narrow it down,Scar?Perhaps if we take you to both parks one will stand out."

8:00-8:10 pm "Splitting up is not a good idea. All of you are needed together. Take me to these parks.",Scar says."We must wait until I hear from Vengeance.",Lord Galen says just as his badge beeps.He touches the badge and Vengeance is heard."I am on my way."Lord Galen gives his head a small nod then turns to Scar."Scar, How do I know you are being truthful and not trying to harm anyone yourself?",he ask.Before the grey creature can answer Vyra replies,"I can verify his abilities.He was able to describe an incident I was involved in.In fact he has been hunting me since that incident."There is a slight rustle behind her and the three gathered heroes turn to see Vengeance land lightly.

8:10-8:20 pm Vengeance looks at the skull figure."Skellator I presume? A little far from Skull Mountian aren't we?"He looks at Lord Galen and ask,"Whats his story?"Lord Galen turns to Vengeance,"Vengeance meet Scar. Scar,Vengeance. Scar I know it seems long and drawn out but tell Vengeance what you told me."Vyra steps backward a step,feeling a little like a fifth wheel.Scar just stands transfixed,not moving."He did this earlier,I'm not sure what it is.",Vyra says in a small voice."To sum it up,Vengeance,Scar seems to have the ability to see into the future.He found us to warn us of some event he believes is to happen to night.We were just about to go to each of the cities parks to see if he can recognize anything."

8:20-8:30 pm Vengeance looks at his fellow heroes,"Well what are we waiting for lets head to the first park on the list."Lord Galen turns to the grey creature,"Does he fly?Vengeance do you mind dragging me along?"Vyra steps toward the creature and says,"If he doesn't fly I can carry him."The three stare at Scar for a moment and he seems to shake his head slightly."We must move quickly and find the others.",he says."My vision has finally become audible.We must locate the Krupp Building.The man is called 'WRAITH'."Vyra steps back a little,the voice just isn't natural."You just had the vision again?Why the Krupp Building?Its just south of here.I thought we were looking for green spaces."

8:30-8:40 pm Scar says,"The three of you are here but we must collect others.I have finally had an audible omen.We need to find the place called Krupp Plaza. The male in my dream is called 'WRAITH',he somehow transported the others to the field of green. They are displeased at him.A battle breaks out.The woman made of machinery is so mad that she causes an explosion.I lose the vision there. We must be hasty."Scar's eyes refocus.Vyra speaks up,"I am fairly new to this city but I don't know of any Krupp Plaza.I do know of a Krupp Building.Are you sure it is Krupp Plaza?"Lord Galen looks at Vengeance."Vengeance,can you fly us around?We may find others on patrol as well.Do you think we should get the Striker? It will fly us faster than you or Vyra can."Vengeance seems to think a moment then replies,"Let me call in a reinforcement."He steps away from the others and pulls out a cellular phone."This individual named Wraith, does anyone know of him?",Scar questions.He seems troubled by the two male heroes taking control and says,"Gentlemen,the woman is an essential piece of this puzzle, please let her lead the way."A flash of light in the sky catches Lord Galen's attention and he looks up.In the sky he sees a streaking flame and as he studies further he recognizes Pyro flying past.

8:40-8:50 pm Vyra seems very confused by the statement made by Scar."Why ... me??" she asks.Vyra isn't the only one confused by this statement.Lord Galen turns to Scar,"What is this about letting Vyra lead the way. In all of your so called visions you have not mentioned seeing her at all. What are you hiding?"Vengeance finishes his phone conversation and joins the group.Scar stands silent and the other heroes are starting to get concerned.

8:50-9:00 pm Lord Galen looks from face to face."Lets head for Krupp Plaza. I would be grateful if I can tag along Vengeance. I cant fly, yet."Vengeance looks at the other heroes,"Who needs a ride?Lets go,we may not have much time to see what ever it is we are supposed to see.If there are civilians in danger I want to be there to help protect them."Vyra steps forward and says,"I'll carry Scar.But I'm still unsure where we are going.I know of the Krupp building(Area 14,16) but no Krupp Plaza."Vengeance takes Lord Galen and starts to float off.Vyra follows suit,grabbing Scar.Suddenly a very large man comes flying over the roof,landing with a thud.Lord Galen also notices some kind of small thing flying near the big man.

9:00-9:10 pm The large man who just landed on the roof quips,"Is this a private party or can anyone crash?" as he stands fully erect,looking immense.Answering an earlier question Scar says,"The women in my vision said Krupp Plaza.I believe Vyra has some past issues with these women that is why she will lead this party.Some need to swallow their pride for the good of this city and the world."Scar turns to face the big man who just landed on the roof,"The strong one has arrived but we still need the feline one."Vengeance speaks to Lord Galen,"We have no time for this guy Galen.I am proceeding to the Krupp building(Area 14,16)."He then looks at the hero who has just recently landed on the roof and yells,"We are the Guardians.We have no beef with you.Unless you have a problem with us we are out of here!"Vengeance then flies off,carrying Lord Galen.

9:10-9:20 pm Vengeance flies away from the other heroes and on to the Krupp building(Area 14,16)."Don't mean to sound like an asshole to those guys but I am not sure how much time we have left and I didn't want to miss things before they happen.I still am not sure about this Skellator guy.I don't know if I trust him a whole lot.Luckily we still have a charge on our badge.If we get into trouble we should use our badges to get out of harms way.Better a hero to fight another day than a dead hero,right?There is a park right by the Krupp building.That must be the park Scar was talking about."Lord Galen hangs from Vengeance's hands and remains quiet.As the two float toward the Krupp building(Area 14,16) they notice a figure standing on the roof.Vengeance smiles and lowers them slowly to a landing near the solitary figure.As they come closer Lord Galen recognizes Poundage and begins to understand the 'reinforcements' Vengeance spoke of.

9:20-9:30 pm Poundage looks at the two and says,"About time you guys show up."Lord Galen nods his head,"Good to see you Poundage. Glad you have come to help. Have you seen anything out of the ordinary?"Vengeance looks at Poundage and Galen then at the cameras trained on them."Maybe we should go somewhere where we are away from the cameras.I can float around the building.Maybe one of you search the park and the other check around the building,what do you to think?"

9:30-9:40 pm The rain starts to pour as Poundage looks at the two and says,"How about Vengeance floats, I'll look through the park and Lord Galen can check the streets. That is unless Lord Galen needs to go get the Striker."(OOG:GM rolls with laughter.) Poundage laughs at himself."There is probably a way you guys can have your base contact my cell. Then we could have constant communication." Poundage gives Lord Galen the double guns and a wink,(OOG:Again GM takes a second to stop laughing.)Vengeance chuckles at Poundage's gesture and replies,"Sounds like a plan."He touches his badge and orders," Base contact Poundage on his cell, keep the line open through our badges and private."The bases reply comes quickly,"Affirmative...I shall mute all sounds on the open line except voice..."Vengeance floats Galen to the street and floats back to the sky to look around.Lord Galen starts checking around the building listening intently for any sounds or anything out of the ordinary.Poundage hears his cellphone beep and answers."Base...connection active..."Poundage jumps off the roof, and heads to the park trying to be as inconspicuous as possible.

9:40-9:50 pm Lord Galen starts to scout the streets around the Krupp building(Area 14,16).The rain continues to pour and there isn't a soul in the vicinity.

9:50-10:00 pm Lord Galen ducks about on the streets around the Krupp building(Area 14,16).He spots a blue streak above and sees Vyra fly past carrying Scar.Otherwise the street is quiet and Lord Galen watches Vyra head for the Krupp rooftop.

10:00-10:10 pm Lord Galen watches as Vyra disappears over the Krupp building.Within moments she reappears and flies over to Lord Galen and hovers over him. "Galen!" she shouts. "This is not the right place. There must be yet another place. We're running out of time, I suggest we re-group."Lord Galen thinks for just a moment then replies,"Alright Vyra, fly me to the roof. Lets put our heads together and figure this out."Vyra grabs Lord Galen by the arm and flies up to the roof.As the two land they notice Scar holding his staff in the air and seems to be staring at it. "So, we know it's not here. Perhaps it's not in Midville?",Vya says.The large man shakes his head,"Don't ask me, I just moved to this burg two weeks ago."Scar lowers his staff and Vyra turns to him."Scar, is there any indication of which city it is in? For all we know it could of be in Japan..."Scar continues to concentrate."Has anyone ever heard of this man called Wraith?"His eyes roll back into his head. "He wears a light green costume embroidered with green. A "w" on his chest."As he is speaking Vengeance flies up and lands near the collection of heroes."Hello all.What is the plan Vyra?"

10:10-10:20 pm The gathered heroes hear Obstacle mutter to himself and they all stare.He smiles a sheepish grin and shrugs his shoulders.Lord Galen touches his badge,"Base,do you have any information on a superhuman or mutant called Wraith?"From the badge comes a mechanical voice,"Checking....city databases show no record of said individual...checking...national databases show no record of said individual...checking...international databases show no record of said individual..."Obstacle and Scar stare at the badge in awe.Vengeance taps his badge,"Base is there or has there ever been a place called Krupp Plaza in any maps you have in any of your databases.Maybe in old Midville maps or another city perhaps?"Again the mechanical voice replies,"Checking...there is no Krupp Plaza in present day Midville...checking...no Krupp Plaza in any historical maps...checking...no Krupp plaza located in national databases,present or past...checking...no Krupp plaza located in international maps,present or past...summary...Krupp Plaza does not exist nor has it ever existed..."Both Obstacle and Scar stand amazed.Vyra looks down for a moment in thought,then perks up as an idea strikes her. "Do any of us have any form of communication?I say, the only option we have is too branch off in 5 different directions, look for a field, and look for this Wraith. When we find it, contact the others and alert them of it. Any objections or any better ideas anyone would like to input?"Finally Scar speaks up,"My friends, the vision has returned to me. I see the sky line. I have seen it before in Midville.Perhaps one of you can fly me about until I see what it is we are looking for."

10:20-10:30 pm Again Obstacle seems to mutter to himself then glance at his pocket watch.The other heroes glance at him,some with annoyance.Scar continues,"In my vision the man is being attacked by the two women, so it seems. The high-tech one says something about a 'stasis field' and 'levi-cars;, these are new terms to me, does anyone know what they could be?"Vengeance taps his badge,"Poundage would you like to join us on the roof."He then looks up at the others,"Maybe we should split up into 2 or 3 groups then we can communicate through the Guardian badges and know where each other is.Galen go with one search party I go with another.I can fly but not at fast speeds.We want the person who can fly the quickest to take Scar that way we cover more ground.What do you guys think?"Lord Galen quickly decides,"I can't fly but if Vyra can carry me and Scar, lets go."Vyra then takes center stage,"I can carry Scar and use my telekinetics to carry Lord Galen.That makes one team.The other would wind up Vengeance and Obstacle.We search for a green area and keep contact when we find something."

10:30-10:40 pm Obstacle shrugs his shoulders once more,"I just moved here so I have no idea where any fields would be. I can carry who ever needs it, and point me in a direction to go."Vengeance looks at the big man,"I am going to wait on Poundage then we can get going."Lord Galen nods at his teammate,"Alright Vyra, lets go. We don't know what could be happening while we stand here. Lets go find these people."Vyra picks up Scar and uses her telekinetics to try and lift Lord Galen.She strains and is unable."I will try to carry you both.This may be a benefit as I don't want to exhaust my power if we are to find these people."She places Scar in one hand and reaches for Lord Galen with the other.She strains a little but both start to rise off the ground.She smiles as she starts to fly away,"Vengeance,we will stay in contact through the badges.let us know if you find any of the characters Scar has described.Good luck."Vyra flies off carrying Lord Galen and Scar.

10:40-10:50 pm The trio fly the skies,scanning for any sign of the people in Scar's vision.They scour the city,finding very few people on the streets.Suddenly Scar stiffens a little and says,"There...that is where the incident happens."He is pointing down toward Buchanan Park (Area 4,6).Vyra flies low and let's her two passengers down.She makes a circle about the park then lands lightly near them."I didn't see anyone fitting their descriptions about the park.",she says.

10:50-11:00 pm Scar starts to walk to the northeast side of the park.Lord Galen touches his badge," Vengeance, we are at Buchanan park. This is where Scar says everything is to happen."Scar reaches the northeast edge of the park and turns around.Behind him the other two heroes sight a large mansion surrounded by a security fence."This is where the one called Wraith stood.",Scar says and stands to think a moment."The two women were over there near the statue."Vyra looks about them studying the grass,the statue."I don't see any sign of battle.Can I assume we made it here in time?What do we do from here,stand out in the open and wait?"

11:00-11:10 pm Lord Galen says,"The others will be here soon. Lets plan once they get here."Vyra nods at Lord Galen's comment and says,"Yes, they shouldn't be far."Scar replies in his gravely voice,"Nobody has answered my question about stasis fields and levi-cars. Perhaps the beings from my vision are time travelers."Vyra wrinkles her nose as she replies,"I have no idea. I'm not much of a mechanic,I have not heard of any of those terms."She looks out over the park thinking aloud,"I just pray that whatever it is, we can handle it..."Her words fade into silence as the three of them stare into darkness.A streaking shadow passes over head and Poundage lands with a thud,carrying Vengeance.Within moments another thud announces the arrival of Obstacle.

11:10-11:20 pm Vengeance,having been released from Poundage's grasp,is the first to speak."I will fly above to get a look out while you guys figure out a plan.We can stay in contact through Lord Galen and his badge."He proceeds to float upward,beginning to circle the area.Poundage looks from face to face and says,"I think the more we stand in the open, the less of a chance of an occurrence. I will conceal myself. I suggest we all do the same."He starts to look around for any kind of cover.Lord Galen comments,"I believe we should all conceal ourselves as well."Scar nods in agreement as Obstacle looks about and says,"Uhh guys,, I'm 9 feet tall, not much in the way of concealment for me.."Lord Galen looks at Scar and says,"And Scar,I know nothing about stasis fields or levi-cars myself."Scar nods a moment then glancing at the badge on Lord Galen's chest ask,"What kind of businesses is Krupp into? What kind of record does he have?"All of the heroes find it hard to find much cover in the park itself.There are a few vehicles parked along the edge of the park,but even these don't offer much in the way of cover.

11:20-11:30 pm Obstacle murmurs to himself again,then to the group," Well no use in hiding,it happens or it does not."He stands defiantly where he is.Lord Galen looks at Scar and answers his last question,"Krupp Industries is working on robotics and as far as I know their record is good."Scar looks at him a moment,the answer came quickly without checking the 'base',interesting.Lord Galen seeks cover behind a nearby parked car and notices all the remaining heroes,except Obstacle,are scattering for cover also.

11:30-11:40 pm Lord Galen hunkers down behind the car,but not before he sees the large man muttering to himself.A few moments pass and he hears his badge beep.He taps it to hear Poundage warning him to watch the distance also."If the big mumbler doesn't conceal himself, the villains may retreat before reaching their destination."

11:40-11:50 pm Lord Galen looks from behind the car toward the park.He seems to hear a different voice coming from Obstacle,but Obstacle's lips aren't moving.The voice says,"Great going pal, you just made Number 1 on the sh*t list."From over where Scar is crouching he hears muttering,something about needing answers.Lord Galen,confused,taps his badge and ask quietly,"Vengeance, do you see anyone?"Suddenly there is a massive BOOM!!There seems to be some sort of implosion very near Obstacle.The shock wave from the blast spreads out swiftly.Windows break in nearby buildings and vehicles as car alarms start screaming.The shock wave passes Lord Galen and for a split second he sees a completely different view.He is no longer in Buchanan Park(Area 4,6) but in an area surrounded by massive buildings.Some sort of floating vehicle flies by overhead and Lord Galen notices people all around,some in some sort of military style uniforms.Then he is back in the park and standing very near Obstacle is three strangely dressed civilians,a green clad male with a 'W' on his chest,a multi-colored female wearing some sort of machinery and a crab clawed woman.He hears screaming coming from all over and it takes a moment to realize some of those screams are coming from his own mouth.

11:50 pm (Phase 25)Lord Galen concentrates and his body is engulfed in ice.He stands up straight and ask in a loud voice,"Who are you and why are you here?"The crab woman looks in his direction and an inhuman growl/scream erupts from her throat.The green male stands stiff."I am Wraith.And I'm here for them.",he says,not turning.Keeping his eyes on the two woman in front of him,he gestures at the three strangely dressed people behind him.(Phase 23)The woman wearing the machinery looks about quickly,confused.She raises her arm,aiming at Wraith."WHAT HAVE YOU DONE WRAITH?WHERE IN THE H*LL ARE WE?",she screams.The weapon on her arm fires and the shot flies past Wraith,narrowly missing one of the strangers behind him.(Phase 20)Scar climbs to the roof of the car he was crouched behind.He points his staff at the woman wearing the machinery.A sonic wave shoots from the staff and strikes the ground near the woman.(Phase 19)Vyra concentrates and erects a force field around herself.She then crawls over till she is at the feet of the crab woman.Vyra looks up into the face of the woman as the woman looks down at her.Vyra shutters a bit as she sees an animal rage in those eyes and hears a deep rumbling growl start.Poundage leaps from the roof to land just outside the fence of the Guthrie Mansion(Area 4).He announces,"I am Poundage, protector of Midville,let me help."He raises his arm and fires a blast from his wrist blaster.The blast skims past the crab woman to dissipate somewhere behind her.

11:50 pm (Phase 18)Obstacle raises a mighty fist and says,"I am called Obstacle, grandson of Giea, child of Anteus. I do not hit women...but in your case I'll make an exception."He charges the crab woman and swings.As he swings he hears Wraith scream,"NO!!GET AWAY FROM THE PRAWN YOU FOOLS!!"The crab woman deftly dodges the blow and now stands face to belly with Obstacle.(Phase 17)Wraith holds his ground as he raises his staff.He aims the staff at the crab woman and fires.A blast of energy arcs from the staff and slams into the crab woman.She flies backwards and lands at the feet of the Buchannan statue as Wraith continues,"DO NOT ALLOW THE CREATURE TO TOUCH YOU!"A screech splits the night as the Prawn rises to her feet,dashes to stand in front of Obstacle.She raises both claws and swings at the immense man.The claws connect,smacking into Obstacle's mid-section.Suddenly his whole body changes,turning into a marble like substance.He flies 20 feet backward,landing at the feet of one of the oddly dressed strangers.

11:50 pm (Phase 10)Lord Galen remains where he is,unsure what to do.(Phase 8)The machinery woman moves in behind the Prawn."I don't know who your new friends are,Wraith,but either they back off or I turn my pet loose to wreck havoc.Do you want more statues?",she ask as she notices Vyra on the ground before her."They apparently do not know what they are dealing with.",she comments as she points her left arm and flips a toggle on her mid-section with her right.There is an audible hum and some kind of energy smacks Vyra's forcefield,overwhelms it and crashes into Vyra.The force of the blast throws Vyra backwards 10 feet.(Phase 6)Suddenly from the head of the statue that was Obstacle comes a blast of energy aimed at the Prawn.The blast makes it almost half way to her when it dissipates.Vengeance lets a small smile cross his face as he wisecracks,"I hate it when I get crabs.Guess I will have to shave when I get home."Wraith and the machinery woman turn to look at him and he sees shock in their expressions.He points at the Prawn and fires a magnetic blast that smacks into the ground at her feet."A Guardian?But no Guardian I know.How is this?",Wraith questions,voice full of disbelief.(Phase 5)From his vantage point atop the car roof Scar again aims his staff at the machinery woman.A buzz is heard as his sonic blast passes by her wrist,missing by inches.(Phase 4)Vyra gets into a crouched position and reaches out with her telekinectics and grabs the Prawn.She throws the creature backward into the Buchannan statue,breaking off one of it's arms.The Prawn screeches but remains conscious.Poundage looks at Obstacle and chuckles. "Maybe it's not a bad idea to leave him like this. It's much more quiet. Guess it's a good thing he decided not to hide."Poundage continues to chuckle. Noticing that everyone's attention is focused on the crab woman, Poundage fires a charge of his paralysis ray at the machine-clad woman.The blast passes by her head to dissipate behind her.(Phase 2)"If you are indeed a Guardian,call the others.If we take Magnum down her Prawn will go berserk and we will need all the help we can get.",Wraith says to Vengeance as he aims his staff at the machinery woman.A blast of energy shoots out and digs up the grass if front of Magnum.There is a screech from the Prawn as she uses her muscle to break from the telekinectic grasp of Vyra and rushes to stand over top of Vyra.Her claws raise in the air and come crashing down to smash in to the earth beside Vyra.(Phase 0)Seeing this Wraith turns and fires another blast from his staff at the creature.The blast hits her in the side and throws her 15 feet.

11:50 pm (Phase -1)From close to where the Prawn lays on the ground another power blast strikes out.It hits Prawn squarely,throwing her into the street in front of the Federal building.The body lays in the street unmoving."NO!!",screams Magnum and the gathered heroes see a fire burn in her eyes.She is silent a moment,her rage building."I WILL RAIN DEATH AND DESTRUCTION...YOU ALL WILL PAY!!".Her arms raise high in the air and she stares into the sky.

11:50 pm (Phase -2)Vengeance concentrates and reaches out with his magnetics trying to grab Magnum.Strangely he feels an odd magenetic push back at him and is not successful grabbing her.The gathered heroes stare at Magnum,her rage building."Magum!You don't have a chance.Just lower the weapon and give up,I'm sure we can figure out what happened here and rectify it.",Wraith says,trying to calm her.Her head shifts and her hate filled gaze locks on him."You fool,look about you.I think I have this figured out and they can't help us.Do you not recognize Vengeance?Surely you know Vyra the Peacekeeper.It took me a moment but I know.Look about you!",she spits at him.Wraith looks around stunned,the truth sinking in.

11:50:15 pm (Phase 44)Having seen his friend Charles get knocked down in fights before, Ray knows what's going to happen and sees Vyra right in the oncoming path.He grows to his three inch size and in his best mock cajun says,"Sorry honey, but the defication is about to hit the rotary oscillator.."(Phase 31)Wraith looks over to Vengeance then to Vyra,"Vyra the Peacekeeper?The Golden Guardians?OH,my God!..."He shakes his head slightly,"That is a problem for later,now you must be stopped."He points his staff and another power blast erupts from it.The blast catches Magnum squarely in the chest and propels her backwards.She lands in a heap at the edge of the street in front of the Federal Building.She lays there unmoving.Wraith looks at the body a moment and,speaking in a low whisper barely heard by the others gathered,says"Welcome to the Golden Age,my old friend."In a louder voice he speaks to them all,"It is over.Someone cover the Prawn with a forcefield,alert the authorities."He begins a slow walk to where Magnum lies.

11:50 pm-Midnight Obstacle comes to, and is in a beserker rage when Ray flies up and grows to full size,"Hey man, Chill, it's over.Calm down,we won.."Obstacle stands and dusts himself off,grumbling to himself.Vengeance,Poundage and Scar are surprised at the appearance of Ray and stare a moment.Scar takes a deep breath and gives slow nod to the assembly of heroes he brought together.He turns to walk away and catches Poundage's eye.The two look at each other a moment then Scar starts to walk off to the east.Meanwhile Vengeance lands near Wraith,who is gathering Magnum in his arms.Vengeance taps his badge and ask,"Base can you call the police and tell then our location?"From the badge the mechanical voice states,"Affirmative...reported...authorities will arrive soon..."Vyra flutters her hand in front of her and erects a forcefield around the fallen Prawn.She then turns to Wraith and states, "Alright, you have some explaining to do."Wraith,on one knee craddling Magnum,turns to face her and she notices a tear roll down his cheek.Before he has a chance to answer Lord Galen ask,with authority,"Who are you and how do you know of the Guardians?"Again Wraith starts to answer when Poundage speaks in a loud voice,"Wraith, I am Poundage. Obviously you are from the future and have been commanded to apprehend these two. What I want to know is who sent you and how did you get here?"Wraith smiles,then starts a hardy laugh.After a few moments he slows to a giggle and gently lays Magnum back on the ground.He stands and faces the gathered heroes.He first looks at Poundage,"I am very pleased to meet you Poundage.I know who you are,I know very well your deeds,or shall I say the deeds you haven't done yet.Yes you are correct,I am from the future,or 'A' future,I'm not sure.But you are wrong in assuming I was commanded to apprehend these two.In my time,2056,I too am a hero and was trying to stop Magnum and her Prawn.She was on a rampage and did some significant damage before I was able to confront her.Our battle had just begun when the SCU units appeared.They had been working on a new containment field and just before we appeared here one of the units fired the containment weapon at Magnum.Magnum has the ability to affect the magnetic spectrum and was probably using a magnetic defense.Near as I can figure,the magnetics and the containment force reacted in some way to shift us all back here."He turns to Vyra,"I hope that is enough explanation.May I say it is an honor to meet you.You are revered by many in my time for your actions.You are the Peacekeeper,vital to the life of Midville."He then turns to face Lord Galen,"Lord Galen I presume.I didn't recognize you in your ice armor.Most of the pictures of you are in your brown uniform.It is a pleasure to meet the man who begins the Guardians golden age.I know of the Guardians because in my past...I guess your future...they are an intregal part of our history.They are a key player in the Mutant Revolution and their sacrifice is the only way to end the Prawn War.In my present they still exist and are an international force for good and protectors of the planet."He turns to Vengeance,a wide smile growing on his face,"But of all the Golden Guardians it is you I had always admired.The heart of the Guardians,the glue that holds them together in the coming tribulations."He then peers to Obstacle and Ray,"You two may as well join us here.You have your parts to play also.The odd couple who never seem to find their place.Don't fear the help you find gathered here."The three strange civilians slowly walk over to be near Wraith."Now we have some things to work out.I assume the authorities will care for these poor people but I would prefer not to be caged away until the government can prod and probe me for any information they may want.First what time and year is it?Second what do we do from here?"As he is finishing his last question all gathered hear the approaching sirens.
