Super powered people have been popping up around the globe since the late 1930's.Midville,a medium sized city,wasn't exempt from this.No heroes really set themselves above the others until the late 1970's.Then a charismatic young hero emerged on the scene by the name of Jaguar.He established himself as Midville's number one protector.After a couple years he built a team of heroes he named the Guardians.He used his immense wealth to build five bases around the world and equip them with some amazing equipment.Only three members stayed Guardians throughout it's life as a team.The other two slots rotated amongst many different heroes.Jaguar,Plastique and Stormshadow became beloved heroes to the city.In 1984 Jaguar disbanded the Guardians amid rumors of power struggles and team infighting.He sealed and closed each of the bases leaving instructions for the amazing computer in the form of the Jaguar Protocols.If a certain badge were ever found and the finder meet certain requirements,the bases and equipment would and could be used for the good of Midville.Most of the Jaguar Protocols are known only to this amazing computer,and the history of the break-up of the original Guardians stills remains cloudy.
